Xander Perrott has been folding origami for over 10 years. He discovered modular origami at the end of high school which soon became a fascination due to the mathematical structures and geometry that can be formed with paper alone. Xander now specialises in modular origami made from multiple pieces of paper which form 3D ball shapes. Since starting to design new models in 2014, Xander has designed over 100 modular designs of his own.

More recently Xander has begun to learn how to make diagram instructions of their works. He has published a book, Folded Forms, in 2019 and also had models published in online collections.

In the future Xander plans to continue to design and publish more designs and continue to experiment with the limits of what modular origami can create.
